Welcome to iTravelXperiences. By booking a trip or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your travel arrangements.


1. Booking & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure a custom quote or begin planning services.

  • Full payment for trips and services must be made by the specified due date. Failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund.

  • Payments are processed securely through approved platforms such as PayPal or Stripe.


2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made by the client may be subject to fees depending on the timing and supplier policies (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but in some cases may be applied toward future travel credit.

  • If iTravelXperiences or our partners must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered alternative arrangements or a refund in accordance with supplier policies.


3. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other required travel documents.

  • iTravelXperiences is not responsible for denied entry, missed flights, or additional costs arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.


4. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

  • Clients who decline insurance accept full responsibility for associated risks.


5. Liability Disclaimer

  • iTravelXperiences acts as an independent travel curator, working with third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators).

  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or damages caused by third parties.

  • Clients agree to release iTravelXperiences from liability related to personal injury, loss, or unforeseen travel disruptions.


6. Itinerary Changes

  • While we strive to deliver every trip as planned, itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, safety, supplier changes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Any necessary changes will be communicated promptly, and equivalent alternatives will be provided where possible.


7. Client Conduct

  • Clients are expected to act respectfully during trips. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from activities or trips without refund.


8. Use of Website & Content

  • Content on the iTravelXperiences website (images, text, branding) is protected and may not be copied or used without permission.

  • Website use is subject to applicable laws and regulations.


9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with local jurisdiction.
